Contact our customer support department within 14 days of delivery via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive your unique authorization number.
Prepare the Product
Ensure the product remains in its original, unassembled condition and is securely repacked on the delivery pallet or in its original boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient date for the collection of your garden product from your property.
Inspection and Refund
After the item arrives back at our facility and passes a quality inspection, we will process your full refund, minus any applicable collection fees, to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
