How long does delivery take for a garden building?
Most of our products are delivered within 5 to 14 working days. You will receive a booking link via SMS or email to choose a convenient delivery date once your order is processed.
Do I need to prepare a base before my shed arrives?
Yes, all garden buildings must be built on a firm, level base such as concrete, paving slabs, or a timber base kit. This prevents moisture damage and ensures the structural integrity of the building.
Are Mercia garden buildings pressure treated?
We offer both dip-treated and pressure-treated options. Dip-treated buildings require an annual application of preservative, while pressure-treated buildings offer superior protection against rot and insects for up to 15 years.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been assembled. Please note that a collection fee may apply for bulky items.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, we offer a professional installation service on the majority of our products. You can select this option at the checkout, and our team will contact you to schedule the build after delivery.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our timber buildings come with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, provided the building is treated annually (for dip-treated models) and installed on a suitable level base.
